My experience
I have worked within primary care for the NHS, community counselling settings, the voluntary sector, community addictions treatment agency and residential rehabilitation settings.
I have worked with clients with general anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, binge eating, depression, stress management, addictions including gaming and internet, OCD, phobias, gambling, exam stress, life changes, bereavement and loss, relationship and self-acceptance issues.
I also have experience in delivering self-esteem, confidence and assertiveness coaching as well as anger management coaching.
I have a special interest in helping clients explore aspects of positive ageing and well-being.
I am also a qualified and experienced therapeutic group facilitator and deliver psychosocial workshops and personal development coaching as well as alcohol awareness training.

- Diploma in Life Coaching
- L6 Certificate in Counselling Supervision
- NCSCT Smoking Cessation certified practitioner
- L5 certificate in Management and Leadership
- PTLLS Teaching qualification

I am fully insured to practice (full public liability), enhanced DBS checked and as a reflective practitioner, I have regular supervision and engage with continuing professional development training. I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions (2018). I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
